Presentation
Rémy Grand and Didier Yerly took over from Nicolas Charrière at the beginning of 2026. Together, they continue to keep the region's specialties alive, notably by distinguishing themselves from other Fribourg cheese makers by specializing in soft cheeses, which is an important niche alongside semi-hard cheeses.
