Presentation
The two Jaquet brothers are true specialists in the production of goat's cheese. The milk comes from their own goats (around 70), as well as from other owners in the Gruyère region of Grandvillard and the Alpage du Lévanchy. Thanks to the characteristics of the region (good grass hay), which give rich flavours, the brothers make quality products, and so decided to set up a company (around the year 2000), to be better able to manage and market their products.
