Presentation
Established in Mézières since 1985, La Jambonnière crafts its bone-in hams using an ancestral method from the canton of Fribourg and has developed strong expertise in the traditional salting and smoking process. Its flagship products earned five gold medals in 2017: bone-in ham smoked over an open hearth, dry-cured herb bacon, open-hearth smoked bacon, open-hearth smoked sausage, and dry-cured open-hearth smoked sausage. The dry-cured ham was awarded the silver medal. These products earned La Jambonnière the "Prix des Meilleurs" (Best of the Best Award).
Wholesale delivery is available within a 30 km radius, while individuals can be served via postal delivery.
