It was in 1997 that Carine and Michel Eggertswyler purchased the dairy from the Belfaux Dairy Cooperative. In order to meet new hygiene standards and export their products to Europe, the production facilities, cellars, and shop were fully renovated.
In 2016, the store underwent a complete makeover, creating a welcoming space that highlights the charm of the building.
Passion and perseverance have brought the Eggertswyler family to where they are today. They are proud to offer you high-quality, locally produced cheeses and dairy products every day.
