The Pont-la-Ville dairy is situated on a sunny hillside on the shores of Lac de la Gruyère. From here there is a panoramic view of the Moléson and the Gruyère pre-Alps. For more than 20 years, the Uldry family has been transforming milk into Gruyère PDO, Vacherin fribourgeois PDO and a number of in-house specialities such as ‘Bleu de la Gruyère’, the latest innovation, which you can taste in their shop.
