The Mouret cheese dairy offers a very wide selection of cheese specialties—over 100 varieties! Every day, you'll also find fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, a wide range of regional products (meat, appetizers, soup…), wines, and beverages. The Gruyère AOP aging cellar has a capacity of 6,000 wheels. A constant temperature of 13.5°C and humidity level of 93% allow for optimal development of Gruyère AOP's flavor. Also worth discovering is "La Pinte," located next to the dairy, which offers an original 100% Terroir menu made with house products from the dairy.
