Présentation
Fondée en 2016 par Lionel Avanthay, Laudato Si' travaille uniquement avec des producteurs locaux. Ses pâtes sont certifiées Fribourg-regio.garantie et ont gagné plusieurs prix au concours suisse des produits du terroir !
En 2024, il transmet son entreprise à Cédric Progin qui reprend le flambeau en mettant en valeur les farines qu'il produit aux travers de ces pâtes artisanales.
