Presentation
The artisan bakery ‘Le Fournil de Seb’ was created in 2016. Sonja and Sébastien Périsset are at the helm of a small team of three shop assistants and two bakers. Their specialities include sweet and savoury Vully cakes, as well as flûtes au beurre, pains balances, tresses and Cuchaule AOP, as well as various aperitif platters and many other sweet treats too. The butter flutes won a medal at the Swiss Bakery Trophy in 2018!
