Today, Simon Spring, his partner, and all the valued team members carry on the tradition while continuing to innovate. They have extensive experience in bread and bakery production, as well as in the field of pastry, desserts, and ice cream. Chocolate and confectionery are also among their specialties—not to mention the many workshops and courses they offer. For a gourmet break, a Tea Room is available on site.
