The canton of Fribourg is historically the recognized reference in terms of expertise and skill for cheese fondue in Switzerland. We produce our fondues in Bulle, in partnership with VAFSA SA and its cheese grating production competence center. The highest standards in food safety and production traceability are respected and monitored. Our brand collaborates exclusively with cheese maturers approved by the interprofessional organizations. All our cheeses are selected by the Master Cheesemaker. Our brand guidelines: local, sustainable, social, traceable, responsible.
