Fancy a delicious beef tartare? Madame Tartare has her own little secrets to ensure your palate never forgets it! Crafted with meat sourced from the Boucherie Blanc in Châtel-St-Denis, the tartare can be stored in the freezer for over 6 months and is ready in just 10 minutes.
Every month, Madame Tartare holds a distribution at an exclusive rate from her depot in Vuadens (by reservation/check her Facebook page for hours). Otherwise, you can find her tartare year-round at many retail points throughout the region. From time to time, Madame Tartare offers limited editions of beef tartare certified with the Viande de nos Monts label.
