Presentation
Madame Piccand, a trained typographer, opened her small farm market on Saturday mornings back in 2000. Today, it has become a self-service shop open every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. She offers a full range of farm products: braided loaves, Cuchaule AOP, bread, bricelets, croquets, and other homemade pastries. In addition to these, she also sells eggs from her henhouse and, occasionally, homemade jams.
In 2014, Claudia Piccand was awarded two silver medals at the local product competition in Courtemelon for her Fribourg bricelets and croquets. Today, both of these products are certified “Fribourg - regio.garantie” ensuring 100% traceability for customers.
