Meringues et Biscuits Domino was founded in 1994 and taken over ten years later by Sébastien Overney. With its growing success, the company has expanded its distribution across French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, and even into France. Located in the artisan zone between Epagny and Broc, in the heart of Gruyère with the castle overlooking it, the team of artisans has significantly increased production—now reaching 3 million meringues per year—and broadened its product range, using raw materials sourced from the region. Their focus remains on offering a typical, high-quality, artisan-made product that brings joy to people.
