Presentation
Milk is collected daily from around one hundred farms in the Gruyère region and the canton of Fribourg, all located within a 25 km radius of Milco’s production site. For over 50 years, Milco has maintained close collaboration with most of these farms. Over the years, a relationship of trust and loyalty has developed with the milk producers. The collected milk is quickly transported to their production site in Vuisternens-en-Ogoz, where it undergoes thorough quality checks before being processed.
