Presentation
As early as the year 1400, the Moulin Neuf—then known as the Moulin de la Glâne—belonged to the Abbey of Hauterive and was operated by the Cistercian monks of the Abbey.
In 1696, the Moulin de la Glâne was destroyed by fire. The Abbey rebuilt the mill, which was then renamed the agricultural mill of Moulin Neuf.
Today, Moulin Neuf continues to offer a wide range of services related to bread-making grains, animal feed, fertilizers, and seeds. Specialists are on hand to answer any questions at the Moulin Neuf store.
