Mr. Marc Plancherel has always had a passion for quails. He started his own quail farm with a strong commitment to producing high-quality eggs. Compared to a chicken egg, which is about five times larger, a quail egg contains 5 times more phosphorus, 7 times more iron, 6 times more vitamin B1, and 15 times more vitamin B2. This makes it a dietary egg, highly beneficial for health.

- Passionate since the age of 6, Marc Plancherel began quail farming in 1995
- He is the largest supplier of quail eggs in French-speaking Switzerland
