In the municipality of Glèbe, on the northern slope of Mont Gibloux, lies the small artisanal cheese dairy run by the Python family. After completing his training as a master dairy cheesemaker, Roland Python set out in search of a new challenge—driven by a desire to innovate. His taste buds led him to sheep's milk and its many delights.
Committed to producing high-quality milk, he raises his own sheep and processes the milk in accordance with the BIO Suisse-Bourgeon standards. Pastourelle—a name full of freshness and poetry—refers to the shepherds of the past who tended their flocks and honored the value of their exceptional fresh milk.
