Presentation
This haven dedicated to culinary pleasure opened its doors on August 1st, 2017. The retail space offers a carefully curated selection of local and regional artisanal products.
Special emphasis is placed on fondue, AOP cheeses (Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP), and meringues served with Gruyère double cream. A “biscuit counter” invites you to rediscover traditional flavors such as anise bread, bricelets, and Bénichon mustard.
In addition to the shop, the venue includes the brasserie L’Etable, a wine cellar, and a small conference room ideal for hosting a meeting, a business or family meal, or simply a gathering of friends. To complete the experience, Le Solivo offers a more intimate setting. During the summer, a pleasant terrace is tucked away at the back of the building.
Lastly, we encourage you to try our cuisine, which respects the seasons and emphasizes local products. Our seasonal menu features both current specialties and timeless regional classics such as fondue, raclette, macaroni, and chalet-style soup.
