Le Pressoir du Belmont is the producer of the certified Fribourg – regio.garantie apple juice.

Pricing for services at the press:

• Pressing only: Fr. 0.40 per liter
• Pressing and filling in 5L bag-in-box: Fr. 8.20
• Pressing and filling in 10L bag-in-box: Fr. 16.40
• Pressing and filling in 5L pouch: Fr. 7.70
• Pressing and filling in 10L pouch: Fr. 15.60
• Pressing and filling into 3-liter bags: Fr. 5.10

For our juice production, we buy your apples:

From 100 kg and up, provided they are of impeccable quality (no moldy or grass-covered apples)

Purchase price: CHF 0.30 per kg, delivered to the press. For quantities over 200 kg, it is possible to borrow a pallet box from the cider house. Please inform our operator in advance.

Don’t pick your apples too early—unripe fruit doesn’t make good juice. Harvest typically starts around mid-September. If you're unsure about ripeness, our operator can test the sugar content in degrees Brix if you bring a sample!
