With around forty gourmet specialties produced from carefully guarded recipes, the company remains faithful to the long-standing tradition it proudly upholds. Great care is taken in selecting top-quality ingredients, and constant monitoring of the maturing process ensures superior-quality products.
Located at an altitude of 800 meters, Produits Epagny is based in the heart of the Gruyère region, just below the historic village of Gruyères. Known for its hiking and outdoor sports, the area is surrounded by high mountains and free from any polluting industries. The air is pure and invigorating—ideal for the natural drying of cured meats.
