Presentation
Fabien Fragnière trained as a chef at the Hôtel Cailler in Charmey and then at the Auberge de l'Etoile in Courtion. He then trained as a winemaker. Currently in charge of vinification at Domaine de Villarose in Mur, his greatest passions remain the culinary arts and growing Crocus sativus.
Today, he grows and harvests his precious saffron at the Domaine du Guéravet in Grolley, where you'll also find a small farm shop.
