Our passion for cooking began several years ago in our own home.
2018: The idea of sharing authentic flavors with potatoes and AOP cheese took root.
2023: The honor of participating in Goûts et Terroirs with the Interprofession du Gruyère AOP, at the Gruyère AOP stand for the presentation of our "Gruyère Cheese Ball".
2025: The pleasure of participating with our partners in several events. Christmas Market, SlowUp, Music Festival...
2026: Expansion project to meet growing demand, while modernizing for increased efficiency.
