Originally founded by two farming women, Jeanine Brodard and Claude-Anne Peiry, who wished to share their expertise, Terre d’Elles was created to promote local products from the Fribourg region. Since November 2023, Caroline Masotti and Françoise Mauron have taken over the management of this shop celebrating local flavors.

All year round, you’ll find Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, delivered directly by the producers, as well as sérac during the summer season. The dairy selection also includes specialty tommes, cheeses, and yogurts.

You can also find the "Spaghettis de Prameya," which were featured in a television report.

Gift baskets are available on site, and vegetable crates from the region can be ordered!

In this charming place, there’s also a café corner where you can enjoy a hot drink, a delicious syrup, artisanal iced tea, a good beer, or Fribourg wines—all in a warm and relaxed atmosphere!
