Rudolf and his partner Ursula developed a passion for truffles several years ago. Today, with their truck “Toutou Truffes,” they travel across markets in the Fribourg region as well as many truffle markets throughout Switzerland, including the well-known one in Murten held every November.
Every autumn, along with their two trained truffle dogs, they search for fine specimens in the Fribourg countryside and the Jura region.
Their assortment includes not only fresh truffles but also several related products, such as sausages made by Christoph and Katharina Wyss from Ependes, truffle fondue from the Marsens cheese dairy, truffle oil, as well as risottos and polenta.
