A professional florist and passionate about pastry, I love everything related to creativity.
Driven by a strong personality, the desire to turn my passion into my profession became obvious to me.
After several months of preparation, planning, and meeting with producers and artisans, I am delighted to have opened my small business in the heart of Gruyère.
The origin of raw materials is essential to me. Supporting local producers is imperative.
Since August 2021, I have had the honor of receiving the "Fribourg-regio.garantie" certification as well as the AOP label for the production of my jars of Poire à Botzi AOP.
