The town of Fribourg, through its Bourgeoisie and its vineyards, has been right in the heart of Lavaux since the 14th century. It is a true cultural heritage that we are shaping with a love of the terroirs. Our winegrowing team share a passion for perpetuating a winegrowing tradition and know-how. Our estate covers 6.15 hectares. The vines are located in the Lavaux region (AOC appellation), in the Epesses, Dézaley and Vevey-Montreux wine-growing areas.
We invite you to discover our award-winning wines directly in our shop in Fribourg or at the Domaine. And if you're wondering whether there's any Chasselas, just ask us. Tché don" that there is. But there are also plenty of new products, because our estate is undergoing a major transformation as we strive to meet your expectations in terms of both soil-friendly production methods and tastes.
We would be delighted to welcome you to the Domaine's cellar and terrace for a tasting, aperitif or meal in an idyllic setting overlooking Lake Geneva. Contact our winemaker directly for more information. What's more, every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 4pm to 7pm, our wine team welcomes you to the Domaine to share their passion for wine.
