All the ingredients of Pain Sâlois come from the commune of Sâles, except for the salt, of course. The wheat, grown under the Extenso label by Gérald Sudan, is milled at the Romont Mill. The milk, still warm, is delivered by Joseph Bovet from a dairy located just 20 meters from the bakery. The butter and eggs come from the farms of Mr. Caille and Mr. Descloux in Romanens.
