The Seisler Brätzele are a specialty unique to the Singine region. They differ from traditional bricelets both in shape and in taste — they are savory, despite containing sugar in their recipe. Beyond their elegant appearance, these bricelets are a true delicacy, especially when served as an appetizer. Their distinctive figure-eight shape is achieved using a special bricelet iron that is not commonly found in mainstream shops. Unlike the rolled bricelets made in other parts of the canton, the Seisler Brätzele are flat.
