It was on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Sense District that Mr. Serge Bongard, a certified cheesemaker from Grangeneuve, created the "Sensler Mutschli"—a remarkable soft cheese originally made exclusively with raw milk. With its orange-colored paste, the Sensler Mutschli has a slightly tangy taste that is truly unique. This "Reblochon from the Sense region" is made exclusively with mountain milk and is undeniably one of the finest soft cheeses in the canton.
