Preparation
Preheat the oven grill.
Rub the slices of bread with garlic and toast them in the toaster.
Place the toasts on a baking sheet and top with Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP.
Grill for 3 to 4 min.
Arrange the skewers on the plates and sprinkle with chives. Add pepper to taste.
Garnish with Viande des Grisons PGI.
