Preparation
Pastry
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and butter.
Make a well.
Add the eggs, water, and lemon juice.
Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Let rest 1 hour in a cool place.
Filling
Make a caramel with the sugar.
Extinguish with a little hot water.
Add the walnuts and cream.
Let cool.
Line a 22 to 24 cm tart tin with half the dough, pulling up the edges.
Moisten the edges with a little water.
Spread the filling. Cover with the remaining dough.
Bake at medium temperature for 40 to 45 min.
When the cake is baked, let it cool on a wire rack.
Once cooled, melt the chocolate with the knob of butter and glaze the Bulle-Cake.
