Preparation
In a large saucepan, mix the plums with the cinnamon and gelling sugar.
Bring to a boil and cook at a rolling boil for 3 to 5 min, stirring constantly.
Pour into jars rinsed with hot water and seal immediately.
Tips !
- You can replace the cinnamon with cardamom or vanilla.
- Before opening, the jam keeps for up to 1 year. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
