Préparation
Place the sugar and water in a wide saucepan.
Cook until a light syrup forms.
Add the red wine and stir to combine it with the syrup.
Add the Botzi Pears AOP, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
Simmer over medium heat for about 30 min.
