Preparation
In a bowl, mix olive oil with garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and lemon juice.
Marinate the turkey in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place one slice of Parma ham and one slice of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP on each turkey slice. Roll up the fillets and tie with kitchen string.
Brown the turkey rolls on all sides in a heated pan.
In a separate bowl, mix the crème fraîche and mustard.
Place the turkey rolls and the mustard cream in a baking dish.
Bake for 12 min in the oven.
