Preparation
Bring the milk to a boil.
Remove from heat and add 100 g of butter in small pieces to melt.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually whisk in the flour, then the cooled milk-butter mixture until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Peel, core, and dice the apples and pears.
Distribute them evenly in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle the raisins over the fruit.
Pour the batter over the top and bake for 20 min.
Best served warm.
