Das BerGiBike: ein bedeutendes Sportereignis
BerGiBike is back after a two-year hiatus with a new loop format starting and finishing in La Roche. The village will thus become the heart of the event, bringing together riders, spectators and families in a sporting and friendly atmosphere.
The routes will retain some of the legendary sections of the BerGiBike while incorporating new passages through the spectacular landscapes between La Berra, Le Gibloux and Lake Gruyère. The event will also be a round of the West Bike Cup.
Three looped routes will be offered to accommodate all enthusiasts:
The Berra Challenge: this is the new flagship route of the BerGiBike, designed for the most daring mountain bikers with its 68 km and impressive elevation gain of 2,743 m. This route is a true epic journey through the Fribourg mountains. From La Roche to La Berra, via Gibloux and Cousimbert, every pedal stroke will bring you closer to victory.
The Gibloux Ride: far from the beaten track, this unique 47 km route is a real gem for mountain bike enthusiasts. It will take you from the shores of Lake Gruyère to the summit of Gibloux, with a total elevation gain of 1,650 metres. Get ready for a series of technical climbs and fast descents, all in breathtaking natural surroundings.
The Combert Tour: is the perfect introduction to the world of BerGiBike. Just because it's the shortest route doesn't mean it's any less exciting! With 25 km mit einer Länge von 25 km und einem Höhenunterschied von 910 m bietet diese Strecke Action und landschaftliche Vielfalt pur.
