The exhibition ‘Little fur balls around the marsh – The Muscardin and its cousins’ reveals the secret life of small mammals living in hedgerows and reeds.
Between hedgerows, branches and reed beds, a discreet world comes to life away from prying eyes. The trail invites visitors to follow the dormouse and its cousins through settings inspired by their shelters: hidden passages, concealed nests and paths through the heart of the vegetation. Images, games and naturalist stories reveal their habits, their astonishing adaptations and their close connection with their environment. A gentle and surprising adventure that sharpens your observation skills and makes you want to look at nature in a different way.
