The exhibition “ESCARGORAMA” takes place in eight locations throughout the medieval town and showcases the unusual universe of the American duo Aleia Murawski and Sam Copeland. Through miniature dioramas, the artists set their snails against backdrops inspired by the American Midwest, where everyday scenes, oddity, and the cinematic aesthetics of the 1980s intersect.
Around thirty photographs take over Estavayer-le-Lac and create a route between a miniature universe and a surreal imagination.
