An evening outing at the Centre-Nature La Sauge to meet bats and discover the secrets of these fascinating mammals.
As night falls, an introduction at the Centre-Nature La Sauge allows you to discover the fascinating world of bats, their way of life, their remarkable navigation system, as well as the essential role of wetlands, structured landscapes, and dark corridors for their survival. The exploration continues with a walk of about three kilometres around the ponds and along the Broye Canal. With the help of ultrasonic detectors, it is possible to listen to their calls, observe their hunting behaviour, and learn more about the different species, their habitats, and their ecological needs.
