Housed in an old 18th-century building high above the Payerne region, the restaurant is a welcoming place to relax. In addition, small chalets can be privatised for groups of up to 8 people. In autumn, this elegant establishment is renowned for its game dishes and typical garnishes.
In fine weather, the charming shaded terrace offers a majestic view of the golf course, while in winter the fire crackles in the fireplace. Meetings of all kinds are easy to organise thanks to the various rooms specially equipped for banquets, seminars, weddings or corporate events. The cellar, garden and marquee are also available for aperitifs and receptions.
