2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 
Belluard Bollwerk International is held every year in early summer in Fribourg.
Belluard Bollwerk International is a platform for projects from different artistic disciplines such as theater, dance, performance, music, visual arts and art in public space. With an accent on hybrid forms and crossovers, the Belluard Bollwerk International presents artistic work by up-and-comers reflecting current issues as well as inventive artistic language.
The festival hosts and produces projects, but also calls for proposals every year. The festival welcomes Swiss and international, emerging and established artists. Interested in the artistic research of the moment this international and bilingual event attracts spectators from all parts of Switzerland as well as from the neighbouring countries.
