Conference
This event, organized by Grands-parents pour le climat – Fribourg, consists of two parts:
a talk given by Jean-André Davy-Guidicelli (UNIL), in French,
and stands run by organisations showcasing their activities in the field of sustainability, such as La Fabrique and Repair Café.…
The speaker will introduce the “Doughnut” (Kate Raworth), a framework that takes into account the nine planetary boundaries identified by scientists as well as the fulfillment of our basic needs, at both global and local levels. It will be illustrated with specific data for Switzerland to help us understand the paths available to us for the future.
Our aim is to highlight the key concepts of ecological planning and to consider sufficiency as one of the essential systemic strategies for reducing our ecological footprint and improving our quality of life as a community.
