2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 
The State Archives of Fribourg has as main mission to collect, to preserve, to register and to give access to the public the documents of all authorities, organs, services and institutions of the state of Freiburg which are as a source of information or evidence of interest.
Even if the state archives of Fribourg have appeared only in the middle of the 18th century, the documents of the Fribourg authority were already kept since the Middle Ages.

Guided tours:
On request, the Archives departement organises guided tours for groups.
Please inform, when making the reservation, if you wish a general visit or a visit on specified topic.
