The alliance of country and seafood is in the spotlight. The concept is based on brasserie dishes with fresh and quality products while combining the two elements. The restaurant has been awarded the "Fait Maison" label since September 2017. The aim of this label is to enhance the value of cooked dishes and to make the difference with partially or totally pre-cooked dishes. It is also a tool to promote the know-how of restaurant professionals, and distinguish the ones who favour dishes prepared essentially in the kitchens of their establishment.
