Cultural space-café-restaurant
Opened in 2007 in the centre of Fribourg, in the hall of the Ancienne Gare, a listed building dating from 1827. Le Café is a place where people meet, where ideas are exchanged and where long nights are over in a snap. At the Café you can eat lunch, work during the day, have a drink, dance the night away and come back for brunch the next day. It's a space where conviviality is nurtured by sharing culture, discovering music, or simply enjoying a coffee.
Our aim is to create a culinary programme that reflects our cultural values, showcasing local produce and giving it pride of place in our cuisine, while encouraging the discovery of ingredients and dishes from all over the world!
