Follow a knight and a gossip into the twilight and discover, lantern in hand, the legends and facts about Fribourg and its old town. This 2.5-hour guided tour takes you from the 12th to the 21st century, in an unbroken journey through the history of the Zaehringer city. The alleys you will traverse and the rocks you will climb will tell you everything about the history and legends that have shaped this region. More than just a journey – a unique experience – an extraordinary adventure of discovery!
The tour was crafted by passionate guides who are deeply interested in the history of the city of Fribourg. Two personalities from the Middle Ages will transport you to the Fribourg of the past.

The tour requires a good physical condition and includes wild and slippery paths as well as steep stairs.
It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Clothing suitable for the weather and good shoes are recommended. The walk takes place in all weathers. However, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the tour in case of extreme weather conditions.
