Committed to our region and its values, they offer you alpine dishes made from local or regional produce: planchette - fondue - cheese crust - hiker's soup - rösti/ham - macaroni and cream. Local, quality food by supporting local artisans.
Planchette concept: you can make up part of your own planchette with the different products on offer.
The products are also on sale at the ‘P'tit marché de la Goille’.
