This hike is guided by Alain Peter, an experienced and passionate mountain guide, who will show you a spectacle of many colours, just before the arrival of the sun. The walk ends with a gourmet breakfast.
Gourmet sunrise on Saturday 19 July 2025
You'll set off at dawn (departure at 3.45 am) for an ascent of Teysachaux, in an intimate group atmosphere. At the summit, you'll be rewarded by the golden glow of the morning, while enjoying a hot drink and musical entertainment by Cor des Alpes (subject to weather conditions). Then it's back down to the Buvette Incrota, where you can enjoy a top-quality breakfast in a friendly atmosphere.

Important information: Below the summit, over the last 160 metres of ascent, the ridge is strewn with rocks and very exposed before reaching the summit cross of Teysachaux (1909 m). To take part, you must not be prone to vertigo and have a good sense of balance, as well as being able to climb and de-escalate (use your hands to progress) independently to get past some rocky sections.

Gourmet sunrise on Saturday 23 August 2025
Departing at 4.45am, you will climb to the Col de Lys (1779m) via the Chalet du Grand Praz. At the end of the ascent, you'll enjoy the gradually brightening sky, finishing with a magnificent sunrise accompanied by a hot drink. On the way down, a tasty local breakfast awaits you at the Buvette de la Saletta.
Important information: route reserved for ‘sure-footed walkers’ including steep sections, on a demanding alpine trail.
