- Friday, November 14: visit to the Genoud farm followed by a convivial fondue at Le Tivoli restaurant.
- Friday, January 16: visit to the Perroud farm followed by a gourmet fondue at the Cercle d'Agriculture.
What does the farm-to-table activity involve?
It's an authentic immersion in the world of cheese, where you'll follow all the steps involved in transforming milk into cheese, alongside passionate producers.
Step 1: The Farm
Immerse yourself in the daily life of farmers, discover their craft and their secrets, and enjoy a moment of sharing at the heart of the farm.
Step 2: The Cheese Factory
Put on your cheese maker's outfit and explore the Prayoud cheese factory: from production to the aging cellars, you'll see the entire process. The tour ends with a generous cheese tasting.
Step 3: The Restaurant
To finish off in style, treat yourself to a traditional fondue in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
