These trails were used by the herdsmen and their flocks to reach the various mountain pastures from the village.
Following the construction of the road, some trails disappeared, while others were redesigned to allow us to discover our pastures, communal chalets, superb viewpoints, and other sites of interest. It is important to note that most of the alpine chalets were built in the 19th century, and our communal chalets still proudly display their traditional shingle roofs, thus preserving our architectural heritage.
